Juicing Recipes for Bodybuilding

Juicing makes a lot of sense for any bodybuilder trying to gain muscle and lose fat. Drinking juiced up fruits and vegetables have proven clinically to improve health. Juicing not only helps you get all your required fruit and veggies needed but it is also extremely convenient and tasty.

Some of the daily vitamins required get absorbed a lot quicker when in a juice form, the important ones of vitamin C and all the vitamin B's. But you can do a lot better than that by adding leafy greens (kale, spinach, Swizz chard, collard greens and mustard greens), other healthy alternatives that will pack in the nutrients you are looking for are red bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit, strawberries, oranges and garlic or kiwi, papaya and asparagus.

The choices are endless so it is advised to experiment and start with about 2 cups of leafy greens, which taste a little bitter but can be neutralized with a piece of fruit. Alternatives like adding potassium-packed cucumbers/bananas or the antibacterial lemons could make the difference you are looking for.

It is important to note that when the juice is made you should down it as quickly as possible because when the fruit or veggies that you have included in your shake up, they get their texture changed and start to quickly lose the nutrient value.
